Payment:
10% non-refundable deposit guarantees the booking. Full payment is due 4 weeks before the tour starts.
Payments must be made in Pounds Sterling, and can be by international Money Order, Electronic Funds Transfer direct to our bank, or certified bankers draft. If you are already in Britain, cash is acceptable.

Cancellation Charges:

Over 14 days		By negotiation
Less than 14 days		25% of the agreed fee
Less than 7 days		50% of the agreed fee
Less than 48 hours		100% of the agreed fee

Insurance

Driver Guide Tours is Robina Brown's own business, and her 7-seat air-conditioned Toyota Previa is fully insured.

You must arrange your holiday cancellation, medical and other travel insurances yourself before your tour starts.
